No Returns on Perishable Products
At El Colombiano Specialty Coffee, we are committed to delivering the freshest, highest-quality Colombian coffee to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any coffee purchases.
Quality Guarantee
We take great care in sourcing, roasting, and packaging our coffee to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@elcolombianospecialtycoffee.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Canceled Orders
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at contact@ElColombianoSpecialtyCoffee.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to stop the shipment and issue a full credit, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
